We built Creative Living to be the creative sanctuary we ourselves were craving. While we both bring different expertise to this, we have found ourselves deeply connected by a common vision—to support a fundamental shift in how our society approaches creativity and self-expression and to use writing as a tool to both understand the self and face the world.
We believe that by revolutionising our individual creative practices through writing and somatics, we can collectively:

Writer, mentor and woman always flirting with the limits of possibility. I’ve dedicated my life to understanding the intricate relationship between our energy systems and creative expression. But this journey goes far beyond traditional notions of “unlocking chakras” or “clearing blockages”.
What I’ve discovered is that our creative energy is so much more than a personal resource—it’s our connection to the collective consciousness and the driving force of cultural evolution. By working with our energetic systems, we’re tuning ourselves to better receive, process, and contribute to the world.
In our time together, we’ll:

As a writer, copywriter, and messaging strategist, I’ve long been fascinated by the power of words to shape reality, give people hope, open new ways of thinking and change someone’s mind. Writing is so much more than a means of communication or self-expression—it’s a tool for cognitive evolution and cultural transformation. Sometimes the most powerful writing you’ll ever create is the work you DON’T share.
The writing practices I’ll share are designed to do more than help you “find your voice.” You will:
Challenge the myth of originality and learn to consciously participate in the remixing of ideas
Use writing as a means of understanding and reshaping your own thought patterns, a tool to get to know what you think about yourself and the world around you

It feels like, right now, the digital world where we spend (way too much of) our time favours quick soundbites, catchy one-line hooks, or “rage bait” over nuanced thought, compassion, and healthy dialogue, Creative Living invites you to be the person that chooses depth, authenticity, and full self-expression instead.
Living creatively doesn’t simply mean living a soft life, slowing down and romanticising everything you do – it’s also dropping into the depths of your thinking, knowing yourself, having hard conversations and liberating your voice from the layers of guilt, shame, and other people’s expectations that have drowned you out. Regardless of how anybody else receives it.
